1. What is the minimum order quantity ?
It depends on which product type and small orders are accepted if materials are a vailable from stock.
2. Delivery time?
We normally need about 25days upon receipt of order confirmation. However for small orders and urgent orders we can deliver early.
3. Printing of logo or design ?
Yes, we have our own printing house to print your logo or design. You have to only provide the artwork and the Pantone color code for printing. Logo artwork can be in .pdf .jpg or .gif format. Embroidery, badge, embossed logo and metal logo are available also.
4. Customized order or made to order option?
We can make bags as per your drawing, picture or sample. You only need to provide us the sketch or drawing or
physical samples and advise your detailed requirements like size, name of fabric and detail of the logo. 
5. Loading port?
The goods shipped to you can be loaded at Shenzhen or Guangzhou.
6. Quotation?
Free quote for all your inquiries in short time.
7.Sample
Samples will be submitted upon you need, but sample fee and shipping fee should be beared by buyer, and free samples for small and cheap items.Sample lead time is 3-7days. Payment can be transferred through T/T, Paypal, Western union, Money gram,etc.
8.Quality Control
After order is confirmed, we have a meeting with the production manager to investigate all and technical problems, ensure all matters related have ways to settle and control. Inspect all the materials when arrived at our warehouse, ensure they will meet with customers'demand. Inspect semi-finished products and finished goods.Final inspection when packing.
9. Payment method?
30% deposit in advance by T/T , and the balance paid by T/T before shippment effect.
10. Does the company provide OEM and ODM service?
Yes, we can manufacture products referring to your samples or drawings, even we can design products according to your requirements, your logo will be printed on the products at last.
